Coach
Sometimes you need another set of eyes to help you…
see system dynamics and patterns you’re missing
identify old beliefs that keep sabotaging you and keeping you stuck
ask “how might I?” and then providing accountability for moving forward on a plan… or a dream
roll up your sleeves and start implementing changes
As a coach, my greatest strength is asking the right question.
The one that cuts through the noise.
The one that turns stuck places into open doors.
The one that shifts how you see your work, your world, and maybe even yourself.
My coaching qualifications
I’m certified through Summit Coach Training, a yearlong training that meets the training standards of the International Coaching Federation. While coaching is not therapy, I also bring the perspective and skills gained in over twenty years of working as a licensed therapist.
Coaching Testimonials
“Hiring Peggy Haymes for professional coaching of our management team was the best decision I've made all year. After each session with Peggy, my staff returned to the office energized and ready to tackle obstacles. They quickly put into practice what they had discussed and I overheard them talking among themselves about ways they had all grown. Peggy's help has been invaluable. What has been good for each individual has been exponentially better for the team as a whole. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely build coaching into our budget every year so we can continue to grow with her as our intelligent and compassionate guide.”
Jamie Rogers Southern, Executive Director, Bookmarks literary arts nonprofit and bookstore
“Her spot-on intuition has made me feel seen; her practical yet soulful suggestions have given me new tools to tackle my challenges; and her warm and kind personality has lifted my spirits. I am grateful to have Peggy genuinely cheering for me as I move forward.”
Ashley M, Massachusetts
"(Peggy) is brilliant at asking the exact question you need to answer in order to get unstuck. "
Kate Storhoff, former General Manager, Bookmarks
"Peggy became my coach at a time when I was losing myself in my ministry. She helped me reclaim my voice and find healing. Her coaching brought me out of my anxieties and "supposed to's" to explore what ministry leadership looks like specifically for me. I was amazed at how much progress she helped me make and how known she made me feel in even just a few sessions.”
